I am obsessed by light. I am constantly observing and marveling at how it interacts with surfaces and materials. I often find myself wanting to stop everyone around me with a "Wow! Have you seen this light?".
The camera enables me to freeze those transient moments. A photograph can never fully reflect the effect and the moment, but, it enables an extended contemplation of it.
With light as the primary subject, the resulting semi-abstract images, devoid of connotation, often seem to lack significance and presence of images of more material subject matter. But, I often find myself contemplating these ethereal images for longer than I might regard a majestic sunset perhaps. They're somewhat meditative.

This is a really wonderful image in my eyes. Long time ago, that I saw a simple window fogged like this. The black and white is strong expressive and the framing just right, not too accurate.
Your image releases memories and emotions. Thank you for that!

This is indeed a beautiful image. I love the tones, the condensation on the window, the strong vertical leading lines -- enhanced by the shape of the condensation which also give the drops great rhythm. It definitely captures me visually very nicely. Thanks!
